Does the future of PHP plan to make remote debugging less of a chore?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Php has come a long way, but of all the things that have been introduced to the language, remote debugging hasn't really been discussed much. I personally feel like at this point we shouldn't have to rely on setting up xdebug or zend debugger and using a browser cookie to enable the functionality. The whole process of current debugging feels dated and I think it is time to discuss simpler ways to improve the current way we debug php.
